Peach Green Tea Boba
This peach green tea boba is perfect for you if you like fruit teas from bubble tea shops but don’t like how sweet they can be.
It’s light and fresh, and it’s made with real peaches, not neon syrup. The boba gives it the satisfying chew we all want, the peach adds natural sweetness, and the green tea keeps it fresh. It works great all year long, and frozen peaches make it easy even in the winter.
This drink tastes fancy, but it’s actually very easy to make at home.

Why Peach Green Tea Boba Is So Good
There is a reason why peach green tea is so popular. The flavours don’t fight with each other. They work together.
Green tea gives you a base that is clean and a little grassy. Peach makes it softer without making it too sweet. Together, they make a drink that feels light instead of heavy.
Fruit teas don’t need milk or creamers, so this is also one of the easiest bubble tea orders to keep light.

Ingredients You’ll Need
- Peaches, whether fresh or frozen, give this drink its natural sweetness and gentle peach flavor without tasting like syrup.
- Green tea is light, clean, and a little grassy. It doesn’t overshadow the fruit; instead, it balances it.
- Black tapioca pearls are the quintessential boba with that chewy, store-bought feel.
- Add honey or sugar (optional) in just the right amount to bring out the peaches’ flavor without hiding them.
- Ice – fruit teas are best served cold and refreshing.

- Fill a glass with ice, add cooked boba pearls, then pour the peach green tea over the top.

Notes
It doesn't have to be peach season to make this. You can prepare this recipe any time of year because frozen peaches work great too. Add boba first, then adjust the amount of sweetener to taste.

🧋 Make the Boba
This drink tastes best when the boba texture is right.
Choices for pearls
- Classic black tapioca pearls for contrast
- Crystal boba if you want something lighter and more fruity

Cooking advice
- Fully cook the pearls so the centres don’t taste chalky
- After boiling, let them sit covered for a few minutes
Soaking ideas
- A tiny splash of peach tea or peach juice
- A light honey soak for a hint of sweetness
People don’t always realize how important it is to pick the appropriate toppings. That’s why I made a bubble tea toppings guide that shows what really makes a drink better.
Because fruit teas are lighter, don’t soak the pearls too much. You want chew, not syrup overload.
Tips for Sugar Levels
You don’t need to add much sugar to peach green tea.
If you usually order bubble tea from a shop:
- 30% sugar tastes fresh and balanced
- 50% sugar is closer to café-style sweetness
Don’t forget that the boba also adds sweetness. Taste your tea before adding more.
When you know how much sugar is in bubble tea, you can find the proper balance for fruit teas.
Notes on Nutrition
